HOW DO I PREPARE FOR INSTALLATION? +

Please be sure you have emptied closets, removed items that are on your furniture. We will take care of moving larger items, such as nightstands, sofas, tables, etc. It is best if you move the items to a different room that won’t be worked on, so our team ##MEET YOUR TEAM## can move about freely in the space. Special note: if we are installing flooring in a room that has electrical or plumbing, please have these items disconnected prior to our arrival. Please remember that our estimates are free.

ONCE I ORDER MY PRODUCTS, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET THEM INSTALLED? +

The products you order will dictate the time of delivery and installation. When you meet with our professional, they will provide you a timeline so you know what to expect and how long you have to prepare your home.

HOW CAN I SCHEDULE MY INSTALLATION? +

Once we have received the materials to complete your project, your contact at Mike’s Carpet Connection will work with you to schedule the installation. We take pride in being your primary point of contact.

WHAT IS THE COST OF INSTALLATION? +

Each product has a varied type of installation, which ultimately impacts the cost. After our design professional comes to your home to measure, they will work with the installer and present you with a final cost of the project that includes time, materials and installation.

WHO DOES YOUR INSTALLATION? +

We work with local subcontractors to install your flooring or custom window treatments ##WINDOW TREATMENTS##. We have trust in our contractors, as we have established relationships with individuals who have done countless jobs for our clients.

WHAT IF I HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT MY INSTALLATION? +

We encourage you to ask questions. This is your project, and we want you to feel as confident as we do about the final outcome. If you have questions about the installation, you may speak directly to your installer; however you are welcome to call your professional at Mike’s Carpet Connection for information.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO DURING THE INSTALLATION? +

We ask that you verify and sign off on the materials you ordered prior to beginning the installation. During the installation we want to be able to reach you with any questions that may arise, so providing a phone number is critical. When the job is complete, we want to be sure you’re are completely satisfied; so we will ask you to do a walk-through with the installer.

HOW SOON CAN I USE MY SPACE AFTER INSTALLATION? +

This will be discussed at the time of your final selections as well as your final walk-through.

HOW DO I MAINTAIN MY FLOOR AFTER INSTALLATION? +

You will receive a maintenance and warranty guide for the product(s) you ordered.

WHO DO I CONTACT IF I HAVE ISSUES WITH MY PRODUCT AFTER INSTALLATION? +

We don’t anticipate any issues; however, there are times where a problem arises. Please reach out to Mike’s Carpet Connection. We are happy to check your warranty and determine how to best fix your issue.
